Must be willing and able to work some evenings or rotating weekends.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, take orders, and receive payments. Be positive, friendly, knowledgeable and polite.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks to customers.
- Create specialty drinks
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked coffee bar area. Clean and restock work areas as needed, empty trash and sanitize equipment and utensils as appropriate.
- Display food and drink items in an attractive manner.
- Wait tables providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods and presentation.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge about coffee and a desire to learn more
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make change for cash payments
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- 2 years in food service preferred
- Food safety training
- US work authorization

Pay: $8.00 - $11.00 per hour
