Responsibilities
Responsible for conducting psychiatric assessments; assessing physical health needs; making appropriate referrals to community physicians; providing management and administration of medication in conjunction with the psychiatrist; providing a range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services; and sharing shift-management responsibility with other staff. Provides direct case management services to individuals, conducts medication education, and performs necessary documentation. Provides all aspects of medication services to individuals.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
M1:Successful completion of educational requirements for a Registered Nurse with a valid RN license to practice in Virginia
M2:Valid drivers license and safe driving record
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
HOURLY RATE RANGE
$32.88 - $57.54
