What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse position at Danville-Pittsylvania Community Services?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the ICF Nurse Manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides general nursing services to individuals receiving 24 hour Residential Services. Responsibilities include conducting medical assessments, assessing physical health needs, scheduling and transporting individuals to medical appointments, providing individuals direct care and maintaining accurate documents.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid LPN license to practice in Virginia
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE:
$48,028 - $83,222
Shift Differential: $2.00 for 2nd shift, $3.00 for 3rd shift
$3,000 Sign on Bonus
