Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Packager to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment by packaging them efficiently and accurately while adhering to quality standards. Your efforts will ensure that our products reach customers in perfect condition, supporting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Carefully package finished products using appropriate hand tools and packaging materials to ensure safety during transit
- Inspect items for quality and completeness before packaging, following established standards and procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts to move materials safely within the production area
- Assemble components or parts as needed using mechanical knowledge and hand tools to prepare products for final packaging
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area to promote a safe working environment
- Follow all safety protocols, including those related to FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), to ensure compliance
- Document packaging activities accurately and report any issues or discrepancies promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools effectively
- Basic understanding of packaging materials and processes in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus; certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift comfortably
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and safety procedures relevant to manufacturing environments

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
