Job Description:
- In-depth and Excellent business process understanding of QM module.
- Configure Quality Planning (master data, MICs, sampling), Quality Inspection (inspection lots), and Quality Control (notifications, usage decisions).
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of cross module integration with MM/WM,SD,FICO
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continuously enhance the Service Quality and Delivery with Support
