The Lead Salesforce Developer is responsible for endtoend design, development, and technical leadership across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. This role drives scalable solution design, leads development teams, ensures adherence to best practices, and collaborates with crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver highquality CRM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities 2. Development Leadership 4. Testing, Deployment & Governance

Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Integration Procedures .
- Proven experience in designing and customizing Sales Cloud & Service Cloud .
- Experience with integration patterns API-led, Kafka, ESB , microservices.
- Understanding of SOQL performance tuning (SOQL 101 issues) and Apex governor limits.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes: lead-to-order , case lifecycle, service operations.
- Ability to map business processes to Salesforce capabilities.

- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)
- Additional certifications like Omni Studio, LWC Specialist, DevOps (Copado) are a plus.

- Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead design discussions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring solutions align with Salesforce platform best practices.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and architecture designs.
- Define scalable data models, security models, sharing rules, and governor limitsafe designs.
- Drive integrations using REST, SOAP, JWT, and API-led patterns.
- Lead the development of Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, future methods, LWC, Aura components, and Flows.
- Guide junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, enforce quality, and mentor team members.
- Build & optimize Service Cloud Console, OmniChannel routing, case management workflows, and automation.
- Apex, Visualforce, lightning aura, API integration (REST, GraphQL), triggers- Mandatory
- Flows - Good to have
- Typical SF cloud architecture, prior working exp is mandatory
- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Functional Expertise
- Configure Sales Cloud features leads, opportunities, forecasting, quoting, products, price books, role hierarchy, CPQ interactions.
- Configure Service Cloud features cases, entitlements, SLAs, knowledge base, service console customization.
- Design customer support flows (OmniChannel, escalation rules, queue-based assignment).
- Own technical deliverables for releasesunit tests, UAT support, defect triage, deployment readiness.
- Work with DevOps tools such as Copado, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git for CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure adherence to org-wide standards in security, data quality, and compliance.
