Must Have Experience
- Need Technical Product Manager who has end-to-end implementation experience with large commercial offtheshelf (COTS) enterprise platforms, specifically ERP/EPM systems—not custom-built internal products. ERP / EPM Examples: One of these COTS must have led from end-to-end Workday (HCM, Financials) Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / EPMSAP S/4HANA / SAP ECC Oracle Hyperion / Oracle EPM Cloud / Infor Cloud Suite / Lawso
- Technical Product Manager with ERP & EPM coming from Healthcare environment
- Technical Product Manager with ERP & EPM experience leading migration/ implementation from end to end.
- Technical Product Manager who has lead development from start to end.
- Proven expertise in launching ERP platform capabilities that achieve Enterprise scalable outcomes
- Drive the product vision for ERP/EPM capabilities and execute on delivery and alignment with engineers
- Experience with Kronos or Workforce Management (WFM) a plus
- Define functional requirements for capabilities to enhance user experiences for platform engineers and full-stack engineers with an ERP/EPM focus
- Translate complex problems into easily understandable requirements and propose effective solutions
- Work with engineering teams to clarify, triage, and prioritize bugs
- Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams across Client to set and evangelize product vision, strategy, metrics and roadmaps while influencing measured successful product and feature rollouts
