ENOVIA Delivery Lead

We are seeking an ENOVIA Delivery Lead to oversee onsite delivery operations and serve as the technical program lead for ENOVIA/PLM initiatives.

Primary: Enovia / Dassault 3D experience Technical project or program management Secondary : PLM / ENOVIA centric programs / onsite offshore delivery models / Agile hybrid delivery models

• Act as the onsite technical and delivery lead for ENOVIA PLM programs at KLA
• Own endtoend project execution , including scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for KLA IT and business stakeholders for ENOVIArelated initiatives
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams including ENOVIA developers, architects, integration teams, QA, and infrastructure owners
• Drive execution of CADPDMENOVIA enhancements, and platform upgrades
• Manage multivendor coordination and ensure alignment across solution providers, system integrators, and internal teams
• Ensure adherence to KLA governance, change management, and quality standards
• Lead project planning, sprint execution, status reporting, and executive communications
• Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks , escalating issues proactively
• Support UAT, golive readiness, and hypercare phases
• Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, and PLM roadmap execution
  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong handson understanding of ENOVIA PLM / Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE platform
• Proven experience managing enterprise PLM programs in engineeringled environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage onsiteoffshore delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience with Agile / hybrid delivery models , project governance, and reporting
