While striving for a zero incident culture, responsible for the day-to-day maintnenance and spare parts management of pelleting, packaging and rolling equipment. Ensure a safe and clean work place. Enforce and hold team(s) accountable to safety, environmental and health standards and practices. Support employee training and development in the work.
