Overview
The Engineer Intern is responsible for supporting the design, development, and execution of projects while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, solve technical problems, and support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the design, planning, and execution of engineering projects
- Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency
- Support field operations and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
- Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project progress and help identify potential risks or delays
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) required.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with engineering software is a plus
- Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
