Responsibilities include:
- Supervising, scheduling, and supporting kitchen staff
- Ensuring food is prepared according to company recipes and standards
- Monitoring food safety, cleanliness, and proper storage (FIFO)
- Assisting with inventory, ordering, and minimizing waste
- Supporting smooth service flow and coordinating with front-of-house staff
