As a Taco Bell Shift Lead, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly by supporting team members, assisting customers, and helping oversee shift operations.
What you’ll do:
- Lead by example and support team members during shifts
- Provide friendly, efficient service to guests and resolve issues as needed
- Help ensure food quality, accuracy, and speed of service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment
- Monitor shift flow and assist with handling issues as they arise
- Support training and coaching of team members
- Assist with inventory, cash handling, and daily operations
What we’re looking for:
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
- Previous food service or retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and support a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Please note this position requires flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
