- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, fixtures, and piping.
- Install and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with industry standards and local building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining diagnoses, solutions, and costs to customers.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance services to avoid plumbing emergencies.
- Work with office staff on prepare and submit required documentation for plumbing permits and ensure compliance with state and local codes.
- Stay up-to-date on regulations and certifications required for plumbing services and administrative licensing.
- Valid PL02 license (Washington State) Preferred, or minimum 4000 hours on file with L&I
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in residential plumbing systems.
- Customer Service & Sales Experience: Previous experience in face-to-face customer service and a strong focus on presenting and selling comprehensive solutions.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms for efficient job tracking and invoicing.
- Pipe lining experience preferred but not required
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
