To support our growth, we are looking for a customer service advocate to join our team in Shakopee, MN. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers’ interactions with Daniels Health are seamless – from communicating to scheduling, issue resolution and fact-finding; you will do it all!

- Communicate with clinical and support contacts via phone and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage scheduling and stock updates
- Handle customer complaints and requests in Salesforce with accurate documentation and timely escalation
- Maintain and update inventory, filing, and database systems using both manual and digital processes
- Collaborate with production and transport teams to ensure efficient deliveries, including creating manifests and distributing process documents
- Monitor stock inventory and generate waste transfer documentation for facility transport
- Support truck routing and rerouting, and coordinate account changes across billing, sales, and logistics departments
- Produce reports for leadership and continuously seek improvements to administrative workflows
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing, transportation, retail, or hospitality setting
- Strong relationship-building skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that enhances customer trust
- A collaborative team player who can inspire and support colleagues across departments
- Technically proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and ERP systems is highly valued
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or varied hours based on production needs, and a mindset for continuous process improvement
