Day In The Life
- Participate in project startup meetings and assist with initial documentation and setup.
- Upload and organize project documents in Procore and shared drives.
- Prepare submittal workflows and maintain submittal logs.
- Assist with subcontract preparation and budget upload.
- Collaborate with PMs and field teams to review and collect short interval planning data.
- Prepare and distribute 2–3-week look-ahead schedules.
- Attend and document jobsite, OAC, and other project-related meetings.
- Monitor productivity and support project progress tracking.
- Assist with take-offs, estimates, RFIs, POs, subcontracts, and contract deliverables.
- Coordinate targeted business enterprise outreach (SBE/MBE/DBE) for bidding when needed.
- Support Procore documentation, permit tracking, private utility locates, and Diggers Hotline.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction or project coordination/management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Procore, E-Builder, and/or Sage is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow in the construction industry.
