Job Summary

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. In this role, you’ll oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure top-notch food quality, and manage a dynamic team. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and ready to bring their culinary expertise to create memorable dining experiences.

Duties

• Lead food preparation and cooking, ensuring all dishes meet high standards of taste and presentation.
• Manage kitchen staff, supervising shifts, delegating tasks, and fostering a positive team environment.
• Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste.
• Implement food safety and sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards across all kitchen activities.
• Support catering events and banquet services by overseeing food production and presentation.

Experience

• Supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant setting is essential.
• Strong background in food safety procedures, inventory management, and cost control.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of food quality.
• Familiarity with dietary requirements, food handling regulations, and sanitation practices within the food industry.
