We are bold in the type of person we are looking for because our managers are that type. In turn, we want our line staff both BOH and FOH to excel as well and understand it is the manager’s role to help them train, develop, and adhere to our standards and state and federal statutory standards (such as ServSafe guidelines). Leadership starts from the front, and we know if our managers don’t exemplify these traits, our staff won’t either. If this sounds too intense to you, no worries, we probably aren’t a great fit. Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a diverse team of culinary and front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.

- Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall dining experience.

- Build strong relationships with guests, soliciting feedback and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a genuine passion for customer service.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
