Daniel has more than 25 years of personal experience in the industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Chemistry from Oral Roberts University, along with FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 certifications. He is deeply family-oriented, married for 18 years with four children, and brings that same care and thoughtfulness into helping individuals and families tailor coverage to their real needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
