Job Description

Candidates shall be responsible for the coordination of the project planning, scheduling, managing subcontractors, coordinating supplies and vendors and management of the project as a whole to ensure success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Preparation including analyze plans and specifications to optimize solutions
• Help to define deadlines for supplies and PO’s
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure scheduled are maintained
• Shop drawings and material submittals documentation (logs)
• Job follow up and control
• Help to ensure that the key material delivery schedules are met
• Multi-site management
• Coordinate and oversee all on site installation (travel will often be required to fulfill this responsibility)
• Maintain quality control of all products
• Shop & Site Visits (Own transportation necessary with reimbursement of fuel & mileage)
• Travel necessary (domestic and international, passport required)
  
  

Skills:

• Experience with High End Millwork Required
• Understanding and Interpreting Millwork Shop Drawings Required
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project
• Perform Field survey and layout
• Knowledge of Autocad (a big plus)
• Knowledge of industry standard construction means and methods a must
• Organized and detail oriented; must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Good communication skills;
• Safety requirements and certifications are preferred. (will be required withing first 3 months of employment)
  
  

Experience:

• Management or field supervision of Millwork Construction projects : 5 Years Minimum
