Who We're Looking For:
We seek a team-oriented professional with at least 5 years of construction experience, including hands-on work. This role requires a strong understanding of client management, quoting, and construction processes. The ideal candidate is not only detailed and technically skilled but also coachable, adaptable, and a strong communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee design project management from inception to handoff to the build team.
· Present convincing and compelling design direction to clients, while helping them understand budget implications.
· Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication with clients, designers, trade contractors, and others.
· Manage quoting and budgeting by working with vendors and trade partners.
· Develop and organize project documentation
· Present design plans, agreements, and updates to clients and the build team.
· Collaborate closely with sales staff, designers, and build project managers.
· Stay current on material and labor pricing trends.
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of construction experience (including hands-on experience).
· Experience in estimating and quoting projects.
· Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and general computer skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team culture.
· A coachable attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
