Daniel B. Krieg, Inc. is seeking an experienced full-time Retail Store Supervisor – Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in Harrisburg, PA. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and experience in retail management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS IMPORTANT ROLE
As a Retail Store Supervisor – Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of 2-3 associates, fostering a productive and customer-focused environment
- Recruit, train, and develop employees to ensure exceptional performance and customer service
- Drive sales performance and implement effective merchandising strategies
- Maintain attractive product displays and strong visual merchandising standards
- Oversee inventory management, stock audits, ordering, and product replenishment
- Work with vendors regarding inventory and new product offerings
- Monitor store financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Provide superior customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using retail management software and point of sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work 50 hours per week, including some Saturdays from May-October
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Forklift experience (training provided)
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time, in-person leadership position requires 50 hours per week, with additional Saturday shifts during peak season from May through October.
