YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - PMT

When you join our team as a Pavement Maintenance Technician - PMT, you start early with your crew while loading up the truck, and heading to a commercial lot or roadway where you'll prep the surface with blowers and brooms, fill cracks with care, and spray‑apply a clean, even sealcoat that brings the pavement back to life; throughout the day you rotate between tasks-cleaning, applying, loading materials, and maintaining equipment-communicating with your team to keep things moving efficiently, and by the time you pack up, you can literally see the difference your work made.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Season: April–November (Seasonal Full‑Time; summer‑seasonal options available June–August)
• Start time: Typically 5:00–6:00 AM
• Weather‑dependent work-flexibility is essential
• Overtime & weekend work required during peak periods; while crews don't work seven days every week, team members must be available for overtime and Saturdays/Sundays when project schedules require

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
