FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
- April–November
- Early start times: 5:00–6:00 AM
- Weather‑dependent shifts
- Overtime and weekend work are required during peak periods
- Summer‑only employment available (June–August)
YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR ASPHALT SEALCOATING CREW MEMBER
You'll work closely with a small, tight-knit crew on projects throughout Central PA. Your day includes:
- Sealcoating commercial parking lots using the spray method
- Filling pavement cracks
- Cleaning pavement with blowers and brooms
- Loading materials and maintaining equipment
- Collaborating with your crew to complete projects efficiently
- Growing into opportunities to work on prevailing wage highway and municipal jobs with higher pay
You'll be outside daily, seeing visible progress from start to finish.
REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME OUR ASPHALT SEALCOATING CREW MEMBER

Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in the heat
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
Construction/asphalt experience is a plus - we will train the right person!
