What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the advancement of our pricing strategies across the Americas, fueling profitable growth and strengthening our position as a market leader.
- Drive operational excellence by transforming pricing processes and advancing system capabilities across platforms such as SAP and Salesforce.
- Lead and develop the regional pricing team, fostering a culture of expertise and continuous improvement.
- Establish and monitor key pricing KPIs, transforming complex data into clear insights that highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a key strategic partner, collaborating across departments to solve complex challenges and align pricing initiatives with broader business goals.
We are looking for a candidate who brings:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 years of relevant B2B industry experience, with demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
- Deep expertise in enterprise systems, with strong knowledge of SAP and Salesforce, is considered an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- A results-oriented and collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders.
