What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead outbound shipping activities to ensure customer orders are delivered on time, accurately, and in compliance with shipping requirements.
- Coordinate transportation schedules with carriers, freight providers, and internal teams to support smooth and efficient product flow.
- Manage shipping documentation, invoicing, and daily transaction processing to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze delivery performance data, identify root causes of missed shipments, and implement improvements that strengthen operational performance.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives through visual management, process documentation, and collaboration across departments.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma/GED
- One-year certificate from college or technical school
- Three or more years relevant work experience
- Computer literacy and strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of process documentation and record keeping
- Knowledgeable of ERP software such as Axapta or SAP
- Ability to self-start and perform with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and ability to fit into an established team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small groups U.S. work authorization
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
