What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze manufacturing and warehouse processes to identify waste and unlock productivity, quality, and flow improvements
- Facilitate kaizen events and improvement workshops to engage teams and deliver measurable results
- Develop clear project plans, dashboards, and visual tools that support decision-making and sustain improvements
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to optimize end-to-end processes
- Coach teams on lean principles and daily management practices to build capability and long-term ownership
- Hands-on knowledge of lean tools such as value stream mapping, standard work, 5S, and structured problem solving
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and improvements
- Effective communication and facilitation skills to engage and influence diverse teams at all levels
- Experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or data-driven continuous improvement environments
- Leadership mindset and behaviors aligned with collaboration, accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement

- The targeted salary range for this position is $76,000 - $120,000 based on experience.
