Your Leadership Journey With Danfoss
This program is a unique opportunity to gain a 360-degree view of our business and build the foundation for your future success. Here’s what your journey will look like:

• Gain Diverse, Hands-On Experience: Immerse yourself in three distinct eight-month rotations covering sales operations, sales development, and account management. You’ll learn the entire sales cycle from the inside out.
• Be Mentored by the Best: Receive dedicated guidance and support from experienced leaders, peers, and business partners who are invested in your growth.
• Build Your Global Network: Collaborate with teams across the world, gain exposure to different functions, and build lasting relationships with leaders throughout Danfoss.
• Shape a Sustainable Future: Contribute meaningful assignments that support Danfoss's commitment to sustainability while developing critical skills for your career.
  
  

Upon successful completion, you'll be ready to step into a key commercial role, such as an Account Manager or Sales Development Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Become a trusted partner to our customers, helping them find innovative solutions while building a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
• Drive key sales and marketing initiatives, from market analysis and pricing strategies to product launches that make an impact.
• Support our global sales channels, strengthening relationships with our partners to drive profitable growth.
• Master the technical aspects of our industry and earn a prestigious International Fluid Power Society (IFPS) certification.

You Are Someone Who

• Has a degree in Business or Engineering and at least three years of professional experience.
• Is passionate about technology and motivated to build a career in technical sales.
• Thrives in a collaborative, global environment and enjoys working with diverse teams.
• Is a natural relationship-builder with a customer-first mindset.
• Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Is authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Is a person who takes initiative, is curious and willing to challenge the status quo.
  
  

It Would Be a Bonus If You Have

• A Master’s degree.
• Experience with negotiation, strategic problem-solving, or customer service.
• Familiarity with MS Office and/or Salesforce.

• Location: Plymouth, MN (Relocation assistance is available within the U.S.)
• Travel: Up to 30%
