What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and evolve the global product strategy for assigned Medium Power product lines, translating BU direction into robust roadmaps and business cases that stand up to scrutiny
- Lead new product development initiatives end‑to‑end, from framing customer problems and defining solution concepts to setting clear requirements, guiding cross‑functional execution, and ensuring successful market introduction
- Steer the portfolio across its full lifecycle, making deliberate, data‑backed choices on pricing, options mix, and end‑of‑life to protect profitability and long‑term competitiveness
- Serve as a senior partner to regional sales and business development, enabling growth through well‑prepared launches, portfolio clarity, application guidance, and targeted regional initiatives
