What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead site‑wide EHS strategy and execution, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification, ensuring full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations
- Build a strong safety culture by delivering impactful training, leading the Safety Committee, and turning awareness into action
- Drive environmental sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible resource use
- Own incident management and root cause analysis, including training users, maintaining systems, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting
- Partner closely with HR, operations, and leadership on workers’ compensation, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement across the site and occasional North America support
- A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, EHS, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, or a related field, with 5–10 years of EHS experience in a multi‑shift manufacturing or logistics environment
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations, with experience leading audits and compliance activities
- Proven ability to influence at all levels, challenge the status quo, and communicate clearly with both shop‑floor teams and senior leaders
- Hands‑on experience with EHS systems and tools, including incident management and chemical management software
- A global mindset, strong project management skills, and flexibility to support additional sites and non‑standard work hours when needed

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $98,500– $134,000 bonus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
