As our new Production Supervisor, you will lead daily production operations to ensure safe, high‑quality, and efficient output while driving continuous improvement across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Your leadership will directly improve team engagement, operational stability, and overall plant performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage daily production activities to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets.
- Develop, coach, and support team members to build capability and maintain strong employee relations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, eliminate waste, and improve performance metrics.
- Collaborate with EHS, Engineering, and Maintenance to ensure equipment readiness and safe operations.
- Build and manage staffing plans including scheduling, cross‑training, timecards, and attendance.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience (3 years preferred).
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and coaching skills for managing and developing employees.
- Ability to work legally in the U.S. without ongoing sponsorship.
- (Preferred: 1 year manufacturing experience.)
