What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor multiple machines to produce parts that meet customer and quality specifications
- Perform inspections and quality checks using measurement tools and equipment
- Track machine performance, identify issues early, and support efficient production flow
- Complete basic maintenance and equipment checks to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, following all safety and clean room standards
- High school diploma or GED and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Basic computer and math skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and production specifications
- Foundational manufacturing experience or a strong interest in hands-on production work
