What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead engineering projects to improve product quality, reduce costs, and add new features to our high-power hydrostatic product lines.
- Take ownership of the design from concept to validation, performing design calculations and tolerance stack-ups before getting hands-on in the lab to test and verify your improvements.
- Act as a technical detective, leading root cause analysis using the 8D process to solve complex product performance issues for our customers and manufacturing sites.
- Serve as a key technical partner to our manufacturing, quality, and sales teams, providing the expert engineering support they need to succeed.
- Manage the product design control process, ensuring all design changes are meticulously documented and successfully implemented through our engineering change process.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering.
- At least 3 months of internship or co-op experience in an engineering role.
- Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude and a passion for troubleshooting and solving complex problems.
- Familiarity with CAD software and model-based design tools (like Matlab/Simulink).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
