What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform necessary service functions for Cut & Coil Operator
- Inspect the hoist at the beginning of each shift
- Check the hose guides for any sharp edge, identify and remove any defects. Doing final inspection of the hose
- Measure the O.D. and the I.D.
- Follow special instructions on the job card and follow proper partial rack database procedures
- Complete job cards
- Enter the production amounts in the computer.
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist other operators when possible, cross training for flexibility
- Work within all safety and quality guidelines
Required (Basic) Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) year manufacturing experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal personnel and external personnel
