Primary function is to cut, coil, wind, package, and label according to standards and customer specifications.
This is a 3rd Shift position.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support Cut & Coil operations by performing required service functions and assisting other operators as needed to maintain production flexibility.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections, including hoist checks at the beginning of each shift and inspection of hose guides for defects or sharp edges.
- Perform final hose quality inspections, including measuring inside diameter (I.D.) and outside diameter (O.D.) to ensure specifications are met.
- Follow job card instructions, special work requirements, and partial rack database procedures while completing all required documentation.
- Accurately record and enter production quantities into the computer system and maintain production records.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and consistently adhere to all safety and quality standards.
Required (Basic) Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) year manufacturing experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal personnel and external personnel
