What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshooting PLC systems (Allen-Bradley/Siemens).
- Leading vibration analysis and laser alignment.
- Performing predictive maintenance (vibration, electrical 24V–480V).
- Welding and fabricating CPVC/stainless components.
- Repairing pumps, valves, and hoists.
- Interpreting blueprints and assisting with PLC I/O checks.
- Managing critical spares in Maximo.
- Leading small improvement projects.
- Diagnosing and fixing complex equipment issues quickly.
- Documenting work and managing spares in Maximo using a tablet.
- Collaborating with production and maintenance teams to prioritize repairs.
- Supporting safety initiatives (NFPA 70E compliance, LOTO).
- Achieve first-time fix >90% on breakdowns.
- Maintain OEE above 85% through proactive maintenance and leadership.
- Mentor junior technicians and share best practices.
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Five (5) or more years maintenance experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Expertise in Servo, HMI, SCADA systems.
- Welding (MIG/plasma), pipe threading, and fabrication skills.
- Familiarity with NFPA 70E and Maximo CMMS.
