The Impact You'll Make
As our Maintenance Technician II, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on RMF (Rubber Mandrel Forming) equipment, ensuring production runs smoothly and downtime is minimized.
This is a 3rd Shift position.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute preventive maintenance in Maximo on mandrels, forming heads, and extruders.
- Fabricate and install piping and safety guards.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and hydraulic issues within 2 hours.
- Support Lockout/Tagout and 5S initiatives.
- Document all work in Maximo.
- Performing scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting equipment.
- Collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintaining accurate records in Maximo.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
- Demonstrate reliability and eagerness to learn.
- Contribute to a safe and organized maintenance environment.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED is required
- One (1) to two (2) years' factory maintenance experience or trade school training
- Ability to read hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams
- Comfort using PPE and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Eagerness to learn Maximo
