What You’ll Be Doing
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
we value minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or automation) within a manufacturing environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills and hands‑on knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Experience working with CMMS systems for work orders, spare parts, and equipment history, plus solid Excel skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics and communicate clearly with technicians and management.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to increase equipment availability and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Plan, prepare, and schedule maintenance work with clear work orders, tools, and spare parts to minimize production disruption.
- Analyze equipment failures and maintenance data to identify root causes, improve MTBF/MTTR, and drive reliability improvements.
- Support new equipment projects by defining maintenance requirements, participating in commissioning, and establishing maintenance plans.
- Manage maintenance systems and documentation to ensure accurate data, standardized procedures, and strong PM compliance.
