This role is responsible for shaping and enabling the go‑to‑market (GTM) and commercial strategy for the Data Center segment in North America.In the absence of a dedicated strategic marketing function, this position serves as the single point of accountability for commercial clarity—defining where to play, how to win, and how to scale across the Data Center value chain.
Operating as a strategic partner to Data Center Sales leadership, the role translates market intelligence, customer insights, and ecosystem dynamics into focused commercial direction that Sales teams can execute with confidence. It ensures alignment between Push motions (OEMs, contractors, channel partners) and Pull motions (hyperscalers, colocation providers, engineering firms, consultants) to deliver a coherent, end‑to‑end market approach.

Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and refine Data Center segment strategy in North America.
- Develop differentiated value propositions for key customer personas.
- Design and align go‑to‑market models across direct, OEM‑led, partner‑led, and specification‑driven sales motions.
- Enable Sales with strategic tools (frameworks, playbooks, narratives) to support deal shaping and progression.
- Integrate Push and Pull ecosystem players to reduce fragmentation and maximize impact.
- Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize opportunities and improve pipeline quality.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial strategy, strategic marketing, or business development in the Data Center or related industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of North American Data Center market dynamics.
- Ability to translate market insight into actionable commercial direction.
- Skilled in stakeholder alignment across complex, multi‑channel environments.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
