What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and optimize machining and finishing processes to improve product quality, efficiency, and consistency
- Analyze and resolve issues such as scrap, tool wear, dimensional variation, and surface defects to reduce waste and improve capability
- Develop and maintain clear process documentation, setup standards, and control parameters to enable reliable production
- Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and suppliers to strengthen inspection methods, tooling performance, and defect prevention
- Drive continuous improvement in cycle time, tool life, changeover, and cost per part through data-driven problem solving
- Background in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering with hands-on experience in machining or metal finishing
- Strong understanding of CNC processes, tooling, dimensional control, and surface finishing techniques
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T principles in a manufacturing environment
- Proven problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and process improvement
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement aligned with Danfoss behaviors
