The position works closely with Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers to ensure coordinated execution of channel programs and initiatives aimed at capturing market share.
What You’ll Be Doing
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drive Strategic Channel Initiatives
- Develop and execute strategies to generate incremental growth, profitability, and market leadership through increased engagement and alignment with channel partners.
- Evaluate Distribution Coverage
- Assess the strength of distribution networks in various sales regions.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners to enhance Danfoss’ market coverage.
- Engage Senior Leadership of Channel Partners
- Facilitate strategic discussions to align mutual needs and expectations.
- Lead and manage the Danfoss Distributor Council.
- Leverage Market Analytics
- Analyze distributor addressable market potential.
- Direct and align channel resources to address gaps and opportunities proactively.
- Oversee Channel Performance Management
- Implement standardized, objective, performance-based audits.
- Manage compliance plans, corrective actions, and promotion/demotion processes.
- Serve as Regional Channel Development Contact
- Act as the single point of contact for channel development in assigned regions, providing program expertise and strategic guidance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales or marketing experience
- Valid driver’s license
- MBA from an accredited institution
- 5 years of HVAC distribution sales experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada without company sponsorship
- Work with a global leader in climate solutions
