We are looking for a driven OEM Account Manager to build and grow strategic partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers across the Central to Eastern United States.

What You’ll Be Doing
Account Management

    • Serve as the primary contact for assigned OEM accounts.
    • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
    • Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their business strategies, needs, and challenges.
Business Development

      • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for OEM customers.
      • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Relationship Building

    • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
    • Organize and participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and joint development projects.
Market & Product Knowledge

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological developments.
    • Provide feedback to product management and R&D teams to support product innovation.
Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with engineering, supply chain, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Coordinate with global and regional sales teams to align strategies.
Performance Monitoring

    • Track account performance against KPIs.
    • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC/R, industrial automation, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing OEM accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Technical understanding of climate solutions products and applications is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel 50% across the United States. Willingness to travel internationally as required

Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. The range for this position is $95,000 to $120,000.
