Job Description
We are seeking experienced Epoxy Floor Installers and Concrete Polishers to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving surface preparation, epoxy coating, and concrete polishing in residential, commercial and industrial environments.
Our work is often performed during normal business hours, so maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site is essential.
Responsibilities
- Install epoxy flooring systems and polish concrete surfaces
- Perform surface preparation (diamond grinding, shot blasting, scraping, cleaning)
- Repair and prep concrete substrates for coating
- Operate and maintain flooring equipment and tools
- Follow safety protocols and job specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Work efficiently as part of a team or independently
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in epoxy flooring, concrete polishing, or similar trade
- Experience with diamond grinders, shot blasters, and surface prep tools
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, grinding, standing for long periods)
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License required (for full-time roles)
- Ability to drive a van, box truck, or truck with trailer is a plus
