High-End Residential Remodeling Experience Required

Dancoby Construction is hiring a skilled Carpenter to support high-end residential remodeling projects across NYC.

This role is for experienced residential carpenters who can produce clean, detailed work inside occupied homes. Commercial-only backgrounds are not a fit.

What You'll Do

• Perform finish carpentry, trim, doors, hardware, and cabinetry installation
• Support demolition, framing, and rough carpentry when needed
• Complete punch list and finish corrections with precision
• Protect finished surfaces and maintain clean jobsites
• Communicate field needs and material shortages to the team
• Work within NYC logistics (tight spaces, building rules, delivery coordination)
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven residential remodeling experience
• Strong finish awareness and clean detail work
• Comfortable working in occupied homes
• Ability to handle either broad scope work or bring strong specialty skills (finish, drywall, paint, etc.)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Solid tool competency and safe work habits
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in active job-site conditions
  
  

Strongly Preferred

• High-end/custom residential experience
• Multi-trade capability (drywall, tile, cabinet install, paint)
• NYC building and logistics experience
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $28-$35 per hour (DOE)
• Full-time W-2 employment
• Clean, professional jobsites
