What You'll Earn

What You'll Do
- Assist experienced plumbers on residential service calls, repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and provide solutions to customers
- Help with larger projects including sewer line repairs, repiping, drain cleaning, and fixture installations
- Use professional tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
- Maintain clean job sites and strong communication with the team
What You Need
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the plumbing trade
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
- Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 75 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to obtain your Tradesman Plumber license
Preferred (Not Required):
- Previous construction, mechanical, or service experience
- Any plumbing or trade school background
