Front Desk Sales & Client Experience Specialist

Are you outgoing, organized, confident on the phone, and great at connecting with people?

Dance Pizazz is looking for a Front Desk Sales & Client Experience Specialist to join our growing team.

This isn't your typical front desk position. You'll be one of the first people prospective students meet when they contact Dance Pizazz, and you'll play an important role in turning inquiries into appointments and new students into long-term members of our studio community.

We're looking for someone who loves people, isn't afraid of sales, and can create an exceptional experience from the very first phone call.

Position Schedule

This is a part-time evening and Saturday position with the following regular schedule:

Monday–Friday: 5:30 PM–8:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Candidates should be available to work the full scheduled hours.

About Dance Pizazz

For 18 years, Dance Pizazz has helped people throughout St. Louis and St. Charles County discover the fun and confidence that come with ballroom dancing.

Our studio provides private lessons, group classes, practice parties, social events, performances, wedding dance instruction, showcases, and ballroom competitions.

As Dance Pizazz continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can help us provide an outstanding experience to both prospective and current students.

What You'll Do

This position combines front desk responsibilities, customer service, lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, and sales.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls, texts, emails, and website inquiries
• Responding quickly and professionally to new leads
• Following up with prospective students by phone, text, and email
• Scheduling introductory dance lessons and consultations
• Converting inquiries into scheduled appointments
• Confirming appointments and following up with prospective students
• Greeting students and guests as they enter the studio
• Providing an exceptional first impression of Dance Pizazz
• Assisting current students with scheduling and account questions
• Rescheduling and managing appointments
• Maintaining accurate client and lead information
• Processing payments and assisting with front desk transactions
• Helping promote studio events, group classes, parties, and programs
• Supporting instructors and management with daily studio operations
• Maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming front desk environment

Sales Is an Important Part of This Position

We're looking for someone who understands that excellent customer service and sales go hand in hand.

You won't simply answer the phone—you'll help prospective students take the next step.

That means confidently talking with new leads, learning why they're interested in dancing, answering questions, overcoming hesitation, following up consistently, and helping them schedule their first appointment.

You should be comfortable picking up the phone and making outbound follow-up calls.

We'll provide training on our programs, sales process, studio systems, and the Dance Pizazz approach to working with prospective students.

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, front desk operations, fitness, beauty, membership sales, appointment setting, or other relationship-based businesses is a plus.

Ballroom dance experience is not required.
