Reports To: Director of Data, Assessment, and Research
Hours: 1520 hours per week (June through August with potential for additional hours)
Compensation: $24/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, evaluation, and improvement of operational processes within Data and Technology Departments
- Support special projects focused on increasing access to actionable data for staff and leadership
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for system and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and translate them into data solutions
- Help develop dashboards, web pages, reports, and tools that improve data visibility and usability
- Document workflows, systems, and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Participate in meetings and contribute to project planning and implementation efforts
- Currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Information Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data analysis platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools and concepts (e.g., generative AI, prompt design, or automation tools) and an interest in applying them to improve workflows
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments
