HIRING FOR 2ND & 3RD SHIFT!
Standard Shift Schedule
1st Shift: 6am-2pm, 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm, 3rd Shift: 10pm – 6am
Standard shifts have overtime opportunities of 4 hours before or after the shift.
2nd and 3rd shifts have $.30 / hr shift premium

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for a variety of assembly functions in preparing automotive drive-train components and any related processes including painting, welding, material handling, problem-solving and training. The assembly technician must support our 100% on time delivery goal; our 100% quality rating goal and our production standards.

- Ability to visually recognize the difference in parts
- Ability to use hands to perform simple operations
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
- Ability to lift 5 – 75 lbs. on a frequent basis
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, grasp and pinch on a continual basis
- Ability to work with oils and lubricants
- Ability to read and interpret instruction sheets
- Ability to operate multi-function machinery
- Ability to work without without supervision
- High School diploma or Equivalent Preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team skills
- Available to work any of the available shifts outlined above
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
