Pressure Washing & Holiday Lighting Crew Leader
Dan Dan The Power Wash Man is looking for a dependable and motivated Crew Leader to join our growing team. This position is responsible for leading residential and commercial pressure washing projects during the spring, summer, and fall, as well as holiday lighting installation and removal during the holiday season.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew on residential and commercial job sites
- Perform house washing, roof cleaning, concrete cleaning, gutter cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services
- Install and remove holiday lighting displays
- Work safely on ladders, rooftops, and elevated surfaces
- Drive company vehicles and trailers to and from job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and overall job site organization
- Train and assist crew members as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain or possess a chauffeur's license
- Comfortable working on roofs and from ladders 30 feet and above
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to lift ladders, equipment, and materials regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Previous leadership, pressure washing, construction, landscaping, roofing, or related experience preferred

Pay
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime available during peak season
- Weekend work occasionally available
- Seasonal holiday lighting work available during the fourth quarter
