What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Administrative Assistant position at Damora Therapeutics?
About Damora Therapeutics
Damora Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: DMRA) is a Boston-based biotechnology company working to fundamentally redefine care for patients with blood disorders. Damora is advancing a new generation of subcutaneous biologics targeting mutant calreticulin (mutCALR)-driven myeloproliferative neoplasms, including essential thrombocythemia and myelofibrosis — chronic hematologic cancers with significant unmet need. The company’s lead program, DMR-001, is an investigational monoclonal antibody designed to selectively target mutant calreticulin, with additional programs (DMR-002 and DMR-003) advancing behind it.
Position Summary
The Senior Administrative Assistant provides dedicated administrative and coordination support to Damora’s Clinical Development and Clinical Operations functions as the company advances its first-in-human trials. This role serves as a connective layer across Clinical, Regulatory, Translational, and external partners, keeping clinical leadership organized, meetings and travel running smoothly, and clinical program logistics on track. The right candidate operates with a high degree of ownership — anticipating needs, managing complex and shifting priorities, and resolving coordination gaps without step-by-step direction. The role provides shared, priority-driven support across clinical leadership rather than dedicated 1:1 assistance.
