As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager in our Jacksonville office to join our team and drive excellence in account management/project management.
What you’ll be doing in the role
- Establish and cultivate robust relationships with clients, acting as the central point of contact for all account-related matter
- Have a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, products/services, and objective
- Lead and manage team status meetings ensuring alignment among internal stakeholders on priorities and goals of the meeting/project
- Develop campaign and project briefs. Prepare presentation deck
- Create and oversee campaign budgets, continuously monitoring expenditure throughout the campaign duration
- Coordinate with traffic, creative, production, and media teams to ensure projects are delivered on strategy and on time
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and keep your internal team informed
- Facilitate integration with other marketing disciplines within the agency
What you’ll bring to the role
- Minimum of three (3) years of advertising agency account management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field; commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of simultaneously handling multiple tasks and deadlines for multiple clients
- Experience with integrated accounts and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results
- Confidence and ability to move projects forward with minimal supervision
- A great attitude and strong work ethic
